Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the worksite.
Missed appointments or lack of access may result in rescheduling fees.
Service timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, material availability, or unforeseen conditions.
4. Payments
Payment terms will be communicated prior to the start of work.
Payment may be required upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late or unpaid balances may be subject to fees or service delays.
Rogue Electric LLC reserves the right to withhold services for non-payment.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Customers must provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a service fee.
Emergency service calls are non-refundable once dispatched.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to: Provide accurate and complete information; Ensure the work area is safe and accessible; Disclose known hazards, prior electrical issues, or structural concerns; Comply with local laws and building requirements related to the property.
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays, additional costs, or service refusal.
7. Warranties & Workmanship
Rogue Electric LLC stands behind the quality of its workmanship.
Any applicable warranties will be communicated at the time of service.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, modifications by third parties, normal wear and tear, or conditions outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability
